Religious Education/Faith Formation
Mission Statement
St. Sebastian's Faith Formation Program strives to serve the parish
needs of Catholic Christian formation and spiritual development of its
members. We recognize that families are the primary educators and
our goal is to assist them. This includes the teaching of Catholic
doctrine, Sacramental catechesis, community living and participation in
Christian service. By word and example we proclaim the Gospel and
our commitment to the Catholic Church.

CYO Sports & Religious Formation
Our parish policy for CYO eligibility is that a child has Religious Formation through a Catholic school, parish after school program, or approved home study. If you plan to have your child participate in any St. Sebastian CYO sport and they do not attend a Catholic school, now is the time to register for our Faith Formation program.
Sacrament Preparation
Sacrament preparation for
First Eucharist and
Confirmation are two year programs. For First Eucharist
preparation your child must attend 1st and 2nd grade Faith Formation in
either the school or the after school program. For Confirmation

either the school or the after school program.
Adult Confirmation
If you are a baptized practicing Catholic, 18 or older, who has
